Our 320 person social hour starting at 5:30 with a program at 7:00 PM showcasing our mission and bringing all the Fisher House Fans together to celebrate our love and care of military and veteran families. Formal/black tie dress code, Mess Dress for military - volunteers please dress classy, seated plated dinner with silent auction, live auction, with an inspirational message.

To load the auction items from our storage in Crestivew (1455 S Ferdon Blvd A-2) and take to the Henderson, set up auction.

Decor Transport and Set Up

9:30 AM - 12:00 PM Skills: Lifting, Walking

To load the decor and support items from our office in Crestview (1455 S Ferdon Blvd A-2) transport to The Henderson and stage for set up.

Decorating

10:00 AM - 3:00 PM Skills: Creativity

Decorate venue to include tying sashes, setting florals, wrapping tables, placing signage, finishing touches before guests arrive

Set Up Auction

10:00 AM - 3:00 PM Skills: Creativity

Place items with bid sheets, stage baskets in order by number, may assist with voting jar placement as well

AV Timeline

4:00 PM - 9:00 PM Skills: Detail Oriented, organized

Will preview the slide show before the event and sit with convention staff during to ensure the program matches the audio visual

VIP Social

5:00 PM - 6:30 PM Skills: People Skills

Greeting VIP attendees, registration and issue name tags

Parking Attendants

5:00 PM - 6:30 PM Skills: standing, Personable

Greets guests and directs VIP parking, as well as others

Registration and Guest Check-In

5:00 PM - 7:00 PM Skills: Friendly people person

Welcome guests, verify tickets and explain sequence of events. Requires early training.

Amateur Photos

5:00 PM - 7:00 PM Skills: People Skills

May assist with guests arriving and other random photos

Auction Help

5:00 PM - 7:30 PM Skills: Friendly, Sales

Greet guests, sell raffle tickets, assist with bids

Key Volunteer

5:00 PM - 9:30 PM Skills: Organizational skills, diplomacy

Overseeing an area of responsibility, coordinating with the team to ensure the night moves on schedule and orderly

Program Facilitators

6:00 PM - 9:00 PM Skills: Detail Oriented, Professional communication

Follow script and ensure all personnel are prompted for their time on stage, keep timeline moving and on schedule. Requires advance training, great for those with awesome attention to detail.

Ballroom Greeters

6:45 PM - 7:15 PM Skills: People Skills

Assist with seating

Back -Stage Hands

7:00 PM - 9:00 PM Skills: Lifting

Sponsor sash and live auction model

7:30 PM - 9:00 PM Skills: Personal Skills, out going

Wear sponsor sashes on stage, carry live auction items for viewing, interact with crowd

Live Auction spotters

7:30 PM - 9:30 PM Skills: Detail Oriented

Verify high bidders, record winners and tag items for purchase

Silent Auction Closeout

7:30 PM - 10:00 PM Skills: Math skills , Techincal skills

Close out silent auction purchases, notify winners. Requires advance training.

Pack Up and Clean Up

9:00 PM - 11:30 PM Skills: Lifting, packing

Removing all FH items, packing vehicles and venue (mild) clean up
