9th Annual HALO ArtReach Auction HALO has collected hundreds of pieces of amazing artwork. As featured on The CBS Evening News, the annual ArtReach Auction features orphan artwork from around the world, in addition to artwork from nationally recognized artists, unique silent auction items, dinner, drinks, and entertainment. Clean Up Crew Committee: Committee Leader 05:00 pm - 11:00 pm

Head of the Clean Up Crew Committee a. Taking left over items to the U-Haul or van after event ends. b. All volunteers are responsible for securing 2 silent auction items.

Head of Guest Check in/ Checkout Committee a.Training on check out software, participating in test runs of check out during pre-Art Auction meetings, set up of check in/check out station day of event and assisting guests upon arrival and purchase check out the night of the event. b. Help with post Art Auction reports and donor follow up. * Preferably have accounting experience and very reliable. c. All volunteers are responsible for securing 2 silent auction items.

Head of the Silent Auction Committee a. Needed before the auction: Entering the collected items into Charity Auction Organizer, generating bid sheets, collecting items and putting them into categories etc. b. During the auction, you will be dedicated to seeing the silent auction runs smoothly, organizing items into categories at tables, closes down tables, take sheets to check out, assists guests, and collect left over items and put into U-Haul. c. All volunteers are responsible for securing 2 silent auction items.
