Visiting Nurse Association
The Visiting Nurse Association (VNA) is a non-profit serving individual in the Kansas City area. Our mission has remained the same since its inception in 1891 - providing quality home health and hospice care to individuals regardless of ability to pay. As a division of VNA, Hospice Care of VNA is dedicated to ensuring comfort, dignity, and quality of life for all our patients wherever they call home.
This program has been designed to be a win-win opportunity for both Sponsors as well as Organizations.
As a Sponsor, you will be able to explore the various organizations that are part of VolunteerMark, connect with them and support a worthy cause.
